Always cook from frozen. For best results cook on a griller or pan. (Do not microwave) (Do not thaw)
1. Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the Patty evenly on oven tray. Cook for 9-10 minutes. Turn once.
2. Pan Cook: Heat a small amount of oil over a medium heat (180°C). Cook the Patty for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
3. Air-Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the Patty evenly in air fryer and cook for 5-6 minutes.
